TYNE TEES BCC ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2021
Tyne Tees BCC Annual General Meeting will be held on Saturday 27 March 2021 at 7 p.m.
As a result of the current Covid19 pandemic, we have been advised by the Camping and Caravanning Club that our AGM should take place on the same day and time as originally notified, but held virtually.
If you wish to attend the meeting, please send an email to email@example.com, before 8 March 2021, with your name, membership number and contact details. A short time before the meeting we well send you the link and access code for the meeting, which will be held using the Zoom App, which some of you may already have on your devices. We do intend to hold practice meetings for those who want to join us.
We will be emailing the minutes of our last AGM and any reports to you so that you are able to read before the meeting, as time is limited on Zoom.
We do need at least 15 members to join the meeting to be able to hold the AGM. If you have any questions you wish to raise, please forward them to me, preferably by email, at least 3 days in advance of the meeting.
We really do need new Committee members as half the current Committee, who were due to stand down last year and did not wish to be re-elected, agreed to remain in post until 2021 as our AGM could not be held. A number of the Committee who are up for re-election in 2021 are also planning to retire. In order to keep Tyne Tees BCC going we really need people to come forward to stand for election to the Committee. We need to have a minimum of 5 new Committee Members for the Area to be able to continue, and of those members a Chairman, Vice Chairman, and Secretary are mandatory posts. Please let me know as soon as possible if you are interested, or if you would like further information on what is required as a Committee Member.
If you know of any Tyne Tees BCC members who do not follow us on Facebook or who do not receive our emails, I would be most grateful if you could pass this information on to them.
Your presence at the meeting will be welcomed.
Secretary Tyne Tees BCC
